Indiana Women's Basketball Fans Can Reserve 2023-24 Season Tickets With Reserved Seats
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — New ahead of the 2023-24 season, Indiana women's basketball fans can now buy reserved seating season tickets located in rows 1-25 of the east side, main level of Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.
The rest of the arena including all court level seats will remain general admission. Adult reserved tickets are $112 while adult general admission tickets are at $96 with a $48 discounted price for seniors and children.
"In the last three years, our average attendance at women's basketball games played at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall has more than doubled to 8,104/game in 2022-23," vice president and director of intercollegiate athletics Scott Dolson said.
"That ranks in the top 10 nationally, and No. 2 in the Big Ten. We also had our first-ever sellout this past season in our Big Ten championship-clinching win against Purdue."
Dolson said while the program is ecstatic about the growth, it's made it difficult for groups to be guaranteed seats next to each other during high-profile games. The athletic department received numerous requests for reserved seating, and the time is now.
Until this point, Indiana was the only Big Ten school that didn't have at least some reserved seating for its women's program.
"It was a thrilling 2022-23 Hoosier women's basketball season, one that included our first Big Ten regular season championship in 40 years, our first-ever No. 1 NCAA Tournament seed, and a best-ever national ranking of No. 2," Dolson said.
"With four starters returning for reigning National Coach of the Year Teri Moren from that team, we think 2023-24 has a chance to be equally special."
