The 2023-24 NBA season tips off with two games Tuesday night, which feature a trio of former Indiana Hoosiers: Jalen Hood-Schifino, Trayce Jackson-Davis and Eric Gordon.

Hood-Schifino and Jackson-Davis are the two newest Hoosiers in the NBA after being drafted 17th and 57th, respectively, while Gordon, the seventh pick in the 2008 draft, is the longest tenured Hoosier.

Indiana currently has a total of seven alumni in the NBA, including five first-round draft picks. It would have been eight, but Romeo Langford was waived by the Utah Jazz a week before the season. The 23-year-old was the No. 14 pick in the 2019 NBA draft, but has struggled to find his role as a pro.

Here's the full list, with career accomplishments and game times for the season opener.

OG Anunoby, Toronto Raptors

Anunoby enters his seventh NBA season, all with the Raptors. He was 23rd overall pick in the 2017 NBA draft and has established himself as a premier defender and versatile scorer. At 6-foot-7 and 232 pounds, Anunoby led the NBA in steals last season and was named to the 2022-23 NBA All-Defensive team. He also averaged 16.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.9 steals per game while shooting 38.7% from three. He is now in the third year of a four-year contract worth $72 million.

As a Hoosier, Anunoby helped Indiana win the 2016 Big Ten regular season title, and he averaged 11.1 points per game as a sophomore in 2016-17 before injury.

The Raptors begin their season Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. ET against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Thomas Bryant, Miami Heat

Bryant enters his seventh NBA season and first with the Heat. He was drafted 42nd overall by the Utah Jazz in 20127 and has also played for the Los Angeles Lakers, Washington Wizards and 2023 NBA champion Denver Nuggets. Bryant has started 134 career NBA games and posted a career-high 14.3 points per game in 2020-21 with the Wizards. Bryant has earned over $31 million in his NBA career.

As a Hoosier, Bryant was named to the Big Ten All-Freshman team and helped Indiana win the 2016 Big Ten title. He started all 69 games in a two-year stretch before going pro.

The Heat begin their season Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. ET against the Detroit Pistons.

Eric Gordon, Phoenix Suns

Gordon enters his 16th NBA season and first with the Suns. He was drafted 7th overall in 2008 and has played for the Los Angeles Clippers, New Orleans Hornets, New Orleans Pelicans and Houston Rockets. Across 818 NBA games, Gordon has averaged 16.0 points per game on 37.1% 3-point shooting. He was named to the NBA All-Rookie team and earned Sixth Man of the Year honors in 2016-17. Gordon has earned over $179 million in his NBA career.

In his lone season as a Hoosier, Gordon was an All-Big Ten player and Big Ten Freshman of the Year, averaging 20.9 points per game.

The Suns begin their season Tuesday at 10 p.m. ET on TNT against the Golden State Warriors and Trayce Jackson-Davis.

Jalen Hood-Schifino, Los Angeles Lakers

Hood-Schifino enters his rookie season in the NBA after being drafted 17th overall by the Lakers. He shot just 27.3 percent in four preseason games, but Lakers coach Darvin Ham sees great potential, saying Hood-Schifino could be a "15-year point guard in this league." His rookie contract guarantees over $17 million across four seasons, with a club option after the second.

In his lone season at Indiana, Hood-Schifino was named Big Ten Freshman of the Year and averaged 13.5 points per game as Indiana earned a No. 4 seed in the NCAA Tournament.

The Lakers begin their season Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. ET on TNT against the Denver Nuggets.

Trayce Jackson-Davis, Golden State Warriors

Jackson-Davis enters his first NBA season. He was originally drafted by the Washington Wizards 57th overall, then immediately traded to the Warriors. In his first preseason start, Jackson-Davis scored 13 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. He signed a four-year contract worth $7,639,302, with the first two years fully guaranteed.

By the end of his senior season at Indiana, Jackson-Davis became the program's all-time leader in rebounds and blocked shots, and finished third on the all-time scoring list. He was named a consensus first-team All-American as a senior.

The Warriors begin their season Tuesday at 10 p.m. ET on TNT against the Phoenix Suns and Eric Gordon.

Victor Oladipo, Houston Rockets

Oladipo enters his 11th NBA season and second with the Houston Rockets. After being drafted second overall in 2013, Oladipo has played for the Orlando Magic, Oklahoma City Thunder, Indiana Pacers, Miami Heat and Houston Rockets. He was a two-time All-Star with the Pacers and made the 2017-18 NBA All-Defensive team. His recent years have been marred by injuries, limiting him to 138 games in the last five seasons. Oladipo has earned over $124 million in his NBA career.

Regarding his injury history, Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reported: Though Oladipo is out while trying to come back from a torn left patella tendon, the Rockets are expected to keep him on the roster either as a late-season addition or as a trade piece.

As a Hoosier, Oladipo helped Indiana win the 2013 Big Ten title and earn a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament. He was a consensus first-team All-American that year and Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year.

The Rockets begin their season Wednesday at 7 p.m. ET against the Orlando Magic.

He was drafted fourth overall in 2013 and has played for the Charlotte Bobcats, Charlotte Hornets, Portland Trail Blazers and Miami Heat. Across 509 total games and 275 starts, he has averaged 8.4 points and 5.9 rebounds per game. Zeller has earned over $74 million in his NBA career.

As a Hoosier, Zeller helped Indiana win the 2013 Big Ten title and reach the Sweet 16 as a No. 1 seed. He averaged over 15 points per game in both seasons at Indiana, and was named a consensus All-American as a sophomore.

The Pelicans begin their season Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET against the Memphis Grizzlies.
