WATCH: Kel'el Ware Puts Together Highlight-Reel Performance in Indiana's Win vs. Michigan State
Kel'el Ware isn't one of Indiana's seniors, but he certainly gave the Hoosiers a reason to celebrate on Senior Night in Bloomington. The 7-foot center did everything in the Hoosiers' 65-64 win over Michigan State.
Ware ended the night with 28 points and 12 rebounds, his fifth double-double in the last seven games. He did everything from dunking on the Spartans to knocking down long-range triples.
Throughout the course of Sunday's game, Ware put together an impressive highlight reel for the Hoosiers. He provided a nice spark, especially at times when the Spartans were making runs.
Ware doesn't often shoot the 3-point shot, but he did early on Sunday against Michigan State. The bucket helped get the Hoosiers going early, Part of a 24-7 start to the game.
Ware made a huge impact throughout the game. But the most important moment came with 17 seconds remaining. The Indiana center was able to draw a foul in a 64-64 game, getting to the free throw line.
After missing the first one, Ware was able to step back to the line and knock down the second. The Hoosiers then got a stop on the other end of the floor to beat Michigan State.
The Hoosiers have now won four consecutive games and are 18-13 on the season.
