BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Six Indiana football commits in the class of 2021 were placed on the Sports Illustrated All-American watch list.

The three following players are from the state of Indiana: Offensive lineman Vinny Fiacable, defensive end Cooper Jones and quarterback Donaven McCulley.

Fiacable is a 6-foot-4, 300-pound guard from Fort Wayne, Ind. Jones is a 6-foot-6, 245-pound defensive end from Valparaiso, Ind. McCulley is 6-foot-5, 195-pound quarterback from Indianapolis, Ind.

Fiacable, Jones and McCully are three of 16 players that reside in Indiana who are on the list.

The three other future Hoosiers to make the watch list are Larry Smith, Trenten Howland and David Holloman.

Smith is a 5-foot-10, 170-pound safety from Orange Park, Fla. Howland is a 6-foot-2, 218-pound running back from Joliet, Ill. Holloman is a 5-foot-11, 200-pound running back from Auburn Hills, Mich.

Indiana's 2021 recruiting class is currently ranked 67th in the nation.

SI will unveil its preseason top 10 over the coming weeks for each of 14 position groups (kicking off with quarterbacks this week). SI will unveil its initial top 99 ranking, the SI99, on August 24.

The candidates will be narrowed to 250 in October and 99 in November, and will culminate with 25 first-team Sports Illustrated All-Americans saluted at SI’s annual Sportsperson of the Year banquet in New York in December.
