Big Ten Network Broadcasting Five Indiana Soccer Matches in 2023

The Big Ten Network men's soccer television schedule was announced Monday evening. Indiana will play five matches on BTN, with room for more since three TV slots are for postseason matches and one is open. The Hoosiers' first match on BTN will be a currently top-10 matchup at home against Washington one week into the regular season.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Big Ten Conference announced the 2023 Big Ten Network men's soccer television schedule Monday evening, showcasing 19 matches. No. 2 Indiana will appear in a league-high five matches out of 15 designated games. 

Teams for the final regular-season match on the TV schedule have yet to be announced. Following that, the last three matches are the presently unknown Big Ten Tournament semifinal and championship matchups, which will occur the second week of November.

Indiana's first Big Ten Network televised match is at 8 p.m. ET on Sept. 1, when the Hoosiers welcome No. 6 Washington to Bill Armstrong Stadium, representing the only non-conference foe on the TV schedule. 

The program's remaining matches shown on BTN will be at home versus Michigan and on the road against Penn State, No. 14 Maryland and Northwestern.

Following Indiana's 1-0 exhibition victory over Wright State Friday to begin the 2023 preseason, the Hoosiers will play their second of three exhibitions at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday against Bowling Green at Grand Park Sports Complex in Westfield, Indiana. Admission is free.
