Game Primer: How To Watch, Things To Know for Baylor at Kansas for College Gameday
It's a fight for the Big 12 lead in Lawrence on Saturday, as the Kansas Jayhawks host the Baylor Bears with College Gameday in town. That means that not only will everyone be watching a big game, but the lead up to the morning will put campus on display again. The Jayhawks have had College Gameday here multiple times in the past for a basketball game, but this will be the first time that it comes in the same season as hosting the football show.
But of course the main attraction is the game, and it should be a highly entertaining game at that. These are two of the best teams in the best conference in all of college basketball, and they were expected to be this good before the season started.
Kansas comes into the game ranked #5 in the AP Poll and #7 in the Coaches Poll, while Baylor is #9 in both polls.
Kansas leads the all-time series 35-9, including a 17-1 record in Allen Fieldhouse. The home team has won each of the last five meetings in the series. They are 27-8 against the Bears under Head Coach Bill Self.
