The Kansas Jayhawks are heading into the bye with a second straight game on the road. But unlike last week, the Jayhawks are not playing a team that physically outmatches them at nearly every position. The Baylor Bears are dealing with their own struggles, and will try to get back on track in their Homecoming game today.

Kansas dropped out of the polls after two straight losses, but they are still receiving votes. Baylor is unranked.

Baylor leads the all-time series 17-4, including a perfect 10-0 record in Waco. The Bears have won the last 12 meetings between these two teams, with the last win for the Jayhawks coming on October 13, 2007 in Lawrence.

Fun Facts

Jason Bean has thrown for 250+ yards and 4+ touchdowns in the last two games. He is the first quarterback to do that in back to back games since Todd Reesing in 2008.

The Jayhawks lead the Big 12 with 39 touchdowns this season. They are the 19th ranked scoring offense with 39.3 points per game.

A win in today's game would mark the first time that Kansas has won multiple games on the road in conference since the 2007 season.
