Bryson Williams Breaks Down His Kansas Offer
With the class of 2024 officially in the books, Kansas has focused in on bolstering the 2025 recruiting class this month. A lot of offers have gone out in the last few weeks, with one of those going to a very talented athlete from the state of Michigan. Bryson Williams, a 6'2", 200-pound 3-star recruit from St. Mary’s High School in Orchard Lake, Michigan, is a multi-positional player that could help the Jayhawks on either side of the ball. He recently and took the time to speak with Blue Wings Rising about his offer from the Jayhawks.
“This Kansas offer means a lot to me It’s an opportunity to play on the next level so that’s big. I also got some guys up there that I know so It’s cool in that aspect too.”
He dove deeper into the conversation he had with the staff by saying “Coach (Taiwo) Onatolu spoke with me and It went well as he’s the one who offered me. I haven’t talked to the staff much but we have been texting but I definitely have to get down there and meet more of them.”
Going more in detail about the uniqueness of Kansas Williams states, “Kansas is a unique school. I know they have a strong academic program which is very important to me. When it comes to football I feel like I am a very versatile athlete and I can make plays when needed to and can make an impact on either side of the ball for a program like Kansas.”
Williams talks more about his top schools and where his recruitment currently stands. “Currently, I would say every school is a top school In my recruitment. Because each one of them offers a unique opportunity for me.”
Williams does confirm with Blue Wings Rising that he has plans to visit. “I definitely plan to get up there soon, probably for spring ball. Looking forward to getting to know more about the program and seeing what Kansas is all about.”
