Aba Selm signs with the Kentucky Wildcats

OT Aba Selm signs with Kentucky.

Aba Selm is a three-star offensive tackle from Kentucky. Mark Stoops continues to prove that he is going to keep the in-state talent with in-state lines. Selm isn't ranked high but could develop and play for Kentucky at some point.

Let's get to know a little bit more about Selm.

Aba Selm

Position: Offensive Tackle

Size: 6'4, 293 pounds

Hometown: Independence, Kentucky

Recruitment: Selm didn't have all that many high-profile offers other than Kentucky and Purdue, but the offensive line is a position when stars don't matter. If he develops, he can play in the SEC.

Ranking: Selm is ranked as the 698th player in 247Sports composite rankings and is a three-star.

Frame: Selm will need to put on some weight if he wants to play tackle at the next level, but there is a world where he could slide inside and play guard once he is in college.

Early Signing Day: Wednesday, December 20th is Early Signing Day, which means players committed to Kentucky's 2024 recruiting class will make it official by signing their National Letter of Intent (NLI). This is a big day for Mark Stoops and the Kentucky football program as they look to officially lock down some of the tremendous talented committed in the 2024 class.
