3 things to know about the Tennessee Volunteers

Kentucky takes on Tennessee on the road tomorrow to close out the regular season. What are some of the most important things to know about the Volunteers?

The No. 15 Kentucky Wildcats take on the No. 4 Tennessee Volunteers tomorrow afternoon to close out the regular season.

The Wildcats will be looking for their fifth win in a row. The Volunteers have locked up the SEC Regular Season Title and are looking to keep their momentum going into the SEC Tournament.

What are three of the most important things to know about the Tennessee Volunteers?

Dalton Knecht will cause problems

Tennessee has one of the best players in the country in Dalton Knecht.

The projected Lottery Pick leads the Volunteers in scoring with 20.7 points per game and shoots 47.3% from the field.

Knecht can take over a game and make things difficult for the opposing team on both ends of the floor.

Tennessee's defense is one of the best in the conference

The Volunteers allow only 67.1 points per game on average, placing their defense at No. 2 in the SEC.

Kentucky's offense is capable of scoring a lot of points and it will need to have a good performance tomorrow.

The Volunteers have played nearly perfect at home

Tennessee has been the team to beat all season.

South Carolina picked up a 63-59 win over Tennessee at home, but that is the Volunteers' only home loss of the season.

Kentucky will have its work cut out for it inside Thompson-Boling Arena tomorrow.

Tipoff is set for 4 p.m. CT and the television broadcast can be found on CBS.
