3 things to know about Vanderbilt

Kentucky takes on Vanderbilt at home tomorrow. What are three of the most important things to know about the Commodores?

The No. 15 Kentucky Wildcats host the Vanderbilt Commodores at Rupp Arena tomorrow.

Kentucky is looking for its fourth-straight win, Vanderbilt is looking to get back on track after losing to LSU on Saturday.

What are three of the most important things to know about the Vanderbilt Commodores?

Vanderbilt has a guard duo that Kentucky needs to contain

The Commodores have two dangerous guards in Tyrin Lawrence and Ezra Manjon.

Lawrence, a 6-foot-4 senior, is Vanderbilt's second-highest scorer at 13.7 points per game. He also averages 4.8 rebounds per game and shoots 39.4% from the field.

Manjon, a 6-foot senior, is the leading scorer for the Commodores with 14.3 points per game. He also averages 3.1 rebounds and 3.6 assists while shooting 44.4% from the field.

If Kentucky lets these two get going, Vanderbilt could hang around.

Vanderbilt has played teams tough

The Commodores have been competitive with some of the SEC's top teams, particularly when playing at home.

Vanderbilt has gone toe-to-toe with Alabama, Tennessee and South Carolina.

Despite not having a great record, Vanderbilt is not a team to take lightly.

Vanderbilt can play defense

The Commodores have held teams below what they average consistently throughout the season.

Kentucky will need to be ready to play on the offensive end.

Tipoff is set for 9 p.m. ET and the television broadcast can be found on SEC Network.
