Halftime Thoughts: Kentucky trails Tennessee at the half by four but it could be worse

Thoughts at the half as Kentucky hosts Tennessee.

The Kentucky Wildcats are hosting the Tennessee Volunteers and trail by four points at the half. DJ Wagner is out with an ankle injury, so we have seen a lot of Reed Sheppard and Rob Dillingham like we did against Florida. 

Dillingham has lit up the scoreboard in the first half, scoring 17 points on 6-10 shooting and 5-6 from beyond the three-point line single-handedly, keeping this team in it so far. 

Justin Edwards also had a solid first half, scoring seven points on 3-4 shooting from the field. 

The Wildcats have held Tennessee star wing Dalton Kncecht to eight points, which is a win. If it weren't for Dillingham, Tennessee's lead would be much larger than 46-42. If the Wildcats want to win this ball game, they need to keep feeding Dillingham and play 20 minutes of solid defense.
