How to watch Kentucky basketball alumni during NBA All-Star Weekend

11 different Kentucky Wildcats will participate in the 2024 NBA All-Star festivities, which begin Friday evening.

The Kentucky Wildcats are extremely well represented at the 2024 NBA All-Star Weekend, with 11 different alumni selected to participate across five different events - culminating with a record seven Wildcats selected for the All-Star Game on Sunday.

First up, however, is the Panini Rising Stars competition, where Shaedon Sharpe, Oscar Tshiebwe, and Cason Wallace have all been selected to participate. Sharpe is injured and will not play, but both Tshiebwe and Wallace will get a chance to play either with or against each other. The event will be broadcast on TNT on Friday, February 16 starting at 9:00 PM ET.

Saturday will feature three different Wildcats all participating in a different event: first Tyrese Maxey will take the floor in the NBA skills challenge, followed by big man Karl-Anthony Towns stretching the floor in the 3-point contest, and then high-flying Jacob Toppin will dazzle the crowd in the always entertaining Slam Dunk contest.

These events will begin at 8:00 PM ET, also on TNT.

Then the finale, which will be 24 hours later on TNT: The All-Star Game. Seven Wildcats were selected, an all-time record, with four from the Western conference and three from the East.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is the lone starter of the bunch, and he is joined by Devin Booker, Anthony Davis, and Towns from the west - while the east has Maxey, Bam Adebayo, and an injured Julius Randle.

The teams will be drafted, and without Randle participating it is possible Kentucky alumnus will be split evenly three on three, or two on four, or - if the planets align - all six 'Cats will be on the same All-Star team together, which would be an incredible spectacle.
