After a timeout from Coach Cal, the defense was able to get it figured out, and they slowed the Lions as Kentucky's offense started to heat up.
Back-to-back dunks from Justin Edwards and Rob Dillingham helped close the double-digit gap that Texas A&M-Commerce created.
Kentucky's first opponent, New Mexico State's head coach, talked post-game about how great the Cats are in transition thanks to the speed and athleticism of the team.
This transition offense has helped the Cats climb back to a lead in this ball game.
