Kentucky basketball target Malachi Moreno will visit campus in October

In-state basketball player Malachi Moreno will visit Kentucky in October.

Kentucky will have some impressive visitors on campus over these next few months, including in-state target Malachi Moreno, who will visit Lexington on October 28th.

The six-foot-eleven center who attends Great Crossing High School in Georgetown will be taking visits to big-time schools like Arkansas, Tennessee, Ohio State, Michigan, and Notre Dame over the next few weeks.

Kentucky is starting to show real interest in the big man who is ranked as the 56th player in the 2025 class according to 247Sports composite rankings.

When it comes to Moreno's ability on the hardwood, he is a great shot blocker and can score in multiple ways down low.

Moreno is a great defender and rebounder, which will help his game translate to the college level easily.

He has the frame to dominate at the next level, and hopefully, that is in Kentucky blue.

The hope now is Moreno's visit will go well, and the Cats can keep this talented big man in Kentucky.
