Andy Katz lists Kentucky vs. Kansas as one of the best non-conference games this season
Andy Katz ranked the top ten non-conference games of the college basketball season, and the Kentucky vs. Kansas matchup was second on the list.
This game will, of course, be in Chicago, Illinois, on November 14th in the Champions Classic.
The game above the Kentucky vs. Kansas game in the number one spot is the other game in the Champions Classic, which features Michigan State vs. Duke.
These will be two fun games for college hoops fans to get to watch back-to-back that will have implications on seeding.
For Kentucky, this game against the Kansas Jayhawks will be a great opportunity for the Cats to make a statement.
Kansas is, of course, ranked number one heading into the season, so if Kentucky can win this game, they are proving they are one of the best teams in college basketball.
Kentucky will likely be short-handed in this game as they will be missing Aaron Bradshaw and Ugonna Onyenso. Tre Mitchell will need to have a good down low, as well as Zvonimir Ivisic if he is allowed to play.
The college basketball season is right around the corner, and Big Blue Nation is getting excited.
