Kentucky seven-footer Aaron Bradshaw returned to a full contact practice
Kentucky basketball fans have been begging to get some of the seven-footers back and it sounds like that is happening as Aaron Bradshaw is set to return soon.
Coach Calipari said on his radio show that while he won't play against the Miami Hurricanes, he did get back to full contact practice and will be ready to go soon.
This is big for the Cats, as Bradshaw's return will take some weight off Tre Mitchell's shoulders.
While Bradshaw is a true seven-footer, he doesn't play like one, as he is a lights-out shooter and can play like a true power forward.
What he brings defensively is a tall presence down low that will make it hard for opposing guards to score around the rim. Bradshaw will also block a lot of shots with his long arms.
While the Cats will miss what Bradshaw brings to the table against the Miami Hurricanes, it's great to hear that he is full go in practice, and his return is right around the corner.
An already scary Kentucky team gets much scarier when they get all of their size down low back on the hardwood.
