Zvonimir Ivisic made an early impact for Kentucky against Georgia

Zvonimir Ivisic looked great during his Kentucky debut.

The Kentucky Wildcats are hosting the Georgia Bulldogs for some Saturday evening hoops.

Kentucky leads the Bulldogs 54-35 at the half thanks to another offensive explosion, but the story of the day has been some news that came around lunchtime today. It was announced that Zvonimir Ivisic had been deemed eligible for Kentucky by the NCAA, and he just made his debut.

Rupp Arena went crazy when Ivisic went to check in at the table, and he did not disappoint. Ivisic had 12 points in the first half while shooting 4-4 from three. He also had three rebounds, two assists, and even stole an inbound pass. Ivisic tied with Rob Dillingham with the best +/- on the team with a +20.

We didn't know how long we would see Ivisic in this game, but he has already played eight minutes and will likely play some more in the second half. It's very clear the Cats have a star in the making in the seven-footer from Croatia.

Let's take a look at some of Ivisic's highlights from the first half.
