3-Star 2024 Athlete Trelain Maddox Commits to Georgia Tech Over Kentucky, Rutgers
A class of 2024 target for Kentucky is off the board.
On Tuesday, 3-star athlete Trelain Maddox announced his commitment to Georgia Tech, choosing the close-to-home Yellow Jackets over Kentucky and Rutgers:
Maddox attends Parkview High School in Buford, Ga., right outside of metro Atlanta. He was in Lexington during the beginning of June, joining a host of recruits for camp season. He also held offers from the likes of Penn State, USC and Ole Miss before cutting his list down.
Maddox, a 6-foot-2, 190-pounder is considered the No. 905 overall player, No. 48 ATH and No. 105 player out of Georgia in the class.
He's now the 10th commit to Georgia Tech's '24 class. Kentucky sits at four commits, following the addition of 3-star EDGE Antwan Smith, who announced his decision to head to the Bluegrass over the weekend. He joins 4-star QB Cutter Boley and 3-star OL Hayes Johnson and Aba Selm.
