Jaylin Noel - KSU Offeree - a football prospect worth pursuing?

Kansas State has offered Jaylin Noel ('21, Park Hill, MO) a scholarship - should Coach Klieman consider making a strong run at him?

Park Hill, Missouri Junior Jaylin Noel has received a scholarship offer from Kansas State. 

After digging in to the prospect - I started to wonder how hard Kansas State should push to obtain a commitment from the Park Hill junior. 

After looking at film  - I think the answer is definitely yes. 

And the analytics may agree. Noel is a 3 star prospect, and the 10th overall prospect in Missouri, for the class of 2021...
