The Cardinals return home and kick off a three-game home stand against the Red Wolves.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - After dropping back-to-back games on the road. the Louisville men's basketball program is returning to the KFC Yum! center, kicking off a three-game home stand against Arkansas State

In what was their first true road trip of the 2023-24 season, the Cardinals did not exactly play their most efficient basketball. Most recently, they fell to a DePaul squad this past Saturday who had just one prior win on the season and was one of the worst power conference teams in the nation, and before that was a matchup against Virginia Tech in their ACC opener where late game execution came back to bite them. Both games were lost 75-68.

As for the Red Wolves, it has been a bit of a struggle right out of the gates in Bryan Hodgson's first year as the head coach. Two of their wins are against teams barely inside the KenPom top-300, and four of their losses are against teams outside the KenPom top-200. Their best win is against 171st-ranked UAB, which was their most recent outing.
