How to Watch Louisville Cardinals vs. Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets: Live Stream, TV Channel, Start Time
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Coming off of another decisive loss in conference play, one in which they were down by as much as 30 at Notre Dame, the Louisville men's basketball program is returning back home to host Georgia Tech in an attempt to capture ACC win No. 1 for the season.
The Cardinals looked as flat and as lifeless as they have been all season long in the first half against the Fighting Irish. While they looked remarkably better in the second half, even pulling within 14 with just over eight minutes left, it still resulted in a 76-62 defeat. Not only is Louisville now on a 10-game losing streak for their longest since World War II, but are one loss away from tying the most in program history in a single season.
As for the Yellow Jackets, things haven't exactly gone their way, either. They started the season at 7-4 against a mostly weak non-conference slate, and have since lost nine of their last ten since getting into nothing but ACC play. Their lone win against a KenPom top-100 team came earlier this month when they took down Miami at home, and it remains their only win in conference play up to this point.
This will be the 40th all-time meeting between Louisville and Georgia Tech, with the Cardinals holding a 25-14 series advantage. These two teams last faced on Mar. 8, 2022 in the first round of the ACC Tournament, with Louisville winning 84-74 for their final victory of the season.
