How to Watch Louisville Cardinals vs. Chattanooga Mocs: Live Stream, TV Channel, Start Time
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - After squeaking out a win against UMBC in their season opener, the Louisville men's basketball program continues their three-game home stand to kick off the 2023-24 season when they host Chattanooga.
The Cardinals were far from perfect or efficient in their opener against the Retrievers, especially on defense, but they still found a way to win. Despite being down as much as 13 points, trailing eight at halftime and tied in the final 20 seconds, Louisville was able to pull it out towards the end for a 94-93 victory.
As for the Mocs, their first game of the season was won in a much more comfortable manner. Taking on Division III foe Covenant, Chattanooga cruised to an easy victory, taking down the Scots 89-44. Jan Zidek led the way with 25 points on 11-of-13 shooting and six rebounds.
This will be the 11th all-time meeting between Louisville and Chattanooga, with the series all knotted up at five wins a piece. The Cardinals are riding a five-game win streak in the overall series, including a 106-65 win at the KFC Yum! Center in their last meeting on Nov. 22, 2010.
