LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Heading down to Miami for their final road trip of the 2023 season, the Louisville football program was able to take care of business to ensure their spot in the ACC Championship Game, outlasting the Hurricanes for a 38-31 victory at Hard Rock Stadium. It marks the Cardinals' first time reaching the ACC Championship since joining the conference in 2014.

"First off, I'm really proud of our football team and our coaches," Louisville head coach Jeff Brohm said. "We had a great showing by our fans coming down here to support us in this game, I know we had a great showing back home watching. This is a big win. To come down to Miami, and to win a game with a lot riding on it is a great feeling. We wanted to go into the ACC championship game with a win, and we wanted to decide it that way. I think we worked hard this week to get it done.
