College World Series: Schedule, Bracket and Game Times Updated

Tigers advance to the winner's bracket after defeating Tennessee, face Wake Forest on Monday.

LSU hopped on their flight to Omaha early Wednesday morning in search of bringing home a National Championship to Baton Rouge. For the first time since 2017, the Tigers claimed a Super Regional and punched their ticket to Omaha.

A program that is clicking on all cylinders, LSU has now won their first six games of the NCAA Tournament with their pitching rotation coming alive as of late. A piece of the puzzle that was destined to doom them, it’s become one of reliability and consistency as of late.

But now the real fun has begun. A College World Series bracket that is loaded with talent, it sets the stage for challenging task.

On LSU's side of the bracket is No. 1 Wake Forest, No. 9 Stanford, and SEC foe Tennessee. LSU defeated the Volunteers on Saturday to move into the winner's bracket.

Here’s an updated look at the College World Series bracket:

Both LSU and Wake Forest won their College World Series openers, advancing to the winner’s side of the bracket. The two elite-level programs will match up on Monday at 6pm CT.

With the win, LSU improved to 49-15 on the season, and the Volunteers dropped to 43-21.
