WATCH: LSU Baseball Star Paul Skenes Talks Plans in the MLB

Skenes envisions himself pitching and hitting once at the next level, dives into detail.

Paul Skenes committed to LSU last August as one of the top two-way players in all of college baseball. 

The electrifying talent came to Baton Rouge with lofty expectations, and after his lone season, it's safe to say he exceeded them.

Now, he's dialed in for the 2023 MLB Draft where he's inserted himself into the No. 1 pick conversation.

The top pitcher in all of college baseball, his future is on the mound, but there's a chance we see Skenes get a bat in his hand sometime soon.

During his time at Air Force, Skenes was a lethal pitcher and catcher where he also shined at the plate. Once arriving to LSU, Head Coach Jay Johnson and his staff put all of the focus on Skenes' pitching ability.

Skenes hopped on the mic during the Giants-Mets game where he discussed what his plans could be at the next level:
