No. 3 seeded LSU may be in the midst of an NCAA Tournament run, but it isn't stopping Kim Mulkey and Co. from working on the recruiting trail.

On Monday, LSU reeled in a commitment from Arkansas transfer Jersey Wolfenbarger after a visit to Baton Rouge over the weekend.

Wolfenbarger, a former five-star prospect in the 2021 class, gives Mulkey and the Tigers their first offseason addition with the program looking to make noise over the next few months.

The commitment of the former five-star McDonald's All-American adds to an embarrassment of riches for the LSU program heading into next season. The Tigers will return SEC Freshman of the Year Mikaylah Williams, star guard Flau'jae Johnson and several other key components to the success of this team.

Now, add Wolfenbarger to the mix after revealing her pledge on Monday afternoon.

A member of the All-SEC first team in 2022, Wolfenbarger averaged 11.8 points and 7.9 rebounds per 40 minutes during her two seasons with the Razorbacks.

A player with multiple years of eligibility remaining, the Tigers add a weapon for the future as Mulkey looks to bolster the roster for the long haul.

Wolfenbarger was in town for LSU's Round of 32 matchup against Middle Tennessee where the defending National Champions punched their ticket to the Sweet 16.

It was a big recruitment weekend for the Tigers with LSU also hosting Top 35 prospect Bella Hines for an official visit to Baton Rouge.

With Wolfenbarger being the latest domino to fall, Mulkey and Co. will look to have more drop sooner rather than later.
