Matt McMahon and Co. are locked and loaded for a monstrous weekend on the recruiting trail with this program bringing four of the top 2024 prospects to Baton Rouge for official visits, sources tell LSU Country.

LSU has continued putting in work in recruiting as McMahon looks to flip the script and bring the Tigers back to the standard.

It all starts on the trail and this coaching staff has made sure to do all they can to position themselves for over a handful of the Top 100 players in America.

This weekend, LSU will bring in a five-star and a trio of four-stars down South for officials with McMahon and his staff.

The group will soak in the scenes of Tiger Stadium on Saturday as a part of their three-day stay in Baton Rouge.

The Visitors List:

Derik Queen - No. 12 Player in America

LSU has been working on Queen for quite some time, and after maintaining a relationship with the No. 3 center in the 2024 class, this coaching staff will have him down South for an official visit this weekend.

Queen has taken his fair share of visits with Maryland leading the pack in his recruitment, but a visit to Baton Rouge could quickly change things.

The Monteverde center is fresh off of a visit to Indiana and has also visited Bill Self and the Kansas Jayhawks this month. Now, he’ll pack his bags and hit the road to LSU for the weekend with McMahon and Co. looking to make a statement.

Rakease Passmore - Top 50 Player in America

McMahon is doing his due diligence when it comes to Passmore. He’s taken a trip up to North Carolina to hold an in-home visit with the dynamic small forward, and after a productive visit, Passmore will now catch a flight down to Baton Rouge for an official.

A Combine Academy product, Passmore plays a rigorous schedule against some of the top prep schools in the country. A 2024 prospect, LSU is making sure to remain in his ear as the cycle heats up in a big way.

An in-home visit, an official visit and McMahon putting his foot on the gas has the Tigers beginning to heat up on his list. LSU is competing with Oregon, Indiana and Wake Forest, among others, for Passmore’s services.

Nic Codie - Top 50 Prospect in America

McMahon and Co. remain in contact with the No. 1 prospect in Texas, Nic Codie, with an official visit set for this weekend.

The 2024 power forward is at the top of LSU’s Big Board with the Tigers battling against Auburn, TCU, Houston and Miami, among others, in his recruitment.

This program remains in constant contact with the blue-chip recruit and it’s been key the Tigers get Codie on campus.

Now, with an official visitors list this weekend that boasts an embarrassment of key targets, Codie will be surrounded by a handful of players making their way to Baton Rouge.

Gicarri Harris - Top 75 Player in America

Gicarri Harris is about as athletically gifted as they come in the 2024 class and the explosive combo guard is a prospect LSU has kept tabs on over the last few months.

Now, the Top 10 player in Georgia will make his way to Baton Rouge for a visit with McMahon and his staff.

A four-star guard out of Loganville (Ga.), LSU has its work cut out for them with home state school Georgia Tech and others surging, but an official visit gives this program a huge opportunity for one of America’s top combo guards.

Harris will be accompanied by Queen, Passmore and Codie as the quartet of Top 100 prospects in Baton Rouge for official visits this weekend.
