LSU running backs coach Frank Wilson has monitored the growth of Alexandria Senior High (La.) star JT Lindsey over the last few months, and after a visit to Baton Rouge, he made the move.

Wilson and the Tigers extended an offer to Lindsey, the No. 3 running back in Louisiana, as he continues navigating his offseason before what many expect to be a dominant senior campaign.

Lindsey has shined throughout his high school career, becoming a national recruit during his junior season, and the LSU staff has high hopes of keeping the star running back in The Boot.

On3 boosted Lindsey from an unranked prospect to a Top 150 recruit in America in their latest update, checking in as the No. 11 running back in the country.

LSU currently holds a commitment from the No. 1 running back in America in New Orleans five-star Harlem Berry, but it may not stop there.

Wilson and the Tigers have been pursuing four-star running back and Top 150 prospect James Simon heavily over the last few months as well.

Now, add Lindsey to the mix.

LSU's motto remains the same; "The best in The Boot, stay in The Boot," and that is telling in their 2025 class so far.

Louisiana holds three of the top 12 running backs in the country in Berry, Simon and Lindsey, but will WIlson and Co. take three running backs in the 2025 cycle? In short, yes, if it comes down to it.

Berry has already revealed his commitment and Wilson has now offered Lindsey, who is trending LSU's way after extending an offer. He will be in Baton Rouge this weekend and certainly is on "Commit Watch" with a huge stretch ahead for the Tigers' Spring Game on Saturday.

For Simon, LSU brought in the coveted back for a visit to Death Valley in late March, hoping he would shut down his recruitment and reveal a pledge, but Simon remains on the market navigating a busy spring of visits. It's simple. If Simon wants to be a Tiger, LSU will welcome him with open arms.

Now, LSU remains locked in on Lindsey and LSU Country will place a prediction for the Tigers to secure a commitment for the Alexandria Senior High (La.) running back in the next 24 hours.

LSU's 2025 class has the chance to change the program for the foreseeable future with commitments from the No. 1 quarterback (Bryce Underwood), No. 1 wide receiver (Dakorien Moore) and No. 1 running back (Harlem Berry), but more are expected to reveal their pledge sooner rather than later.
