Senior quarterback Joe Burrow won his third SEC Offensive Player of the Week award of the 2019 season Monday, for his performance against Vanderbilt over the weekend.

Burrow completed 25-of-34 passes for 398 yards and a school record six touchdowns in the win over the Commodores. Burrow joined Jamarcus Russell and Tommy Hodson as the only LSU quarterbacks to win the award three times in a single season.

And he may not be done.

In 2019, Burrow is completing 80 percent of his passes, has thrown for 1,520 yards and 17 touchdowns, all tops in the conference. The LSU offense is averaging 57.8 points per game and has scored in every quarter this season.

Burrow and the high-powered LSU offense get a week to refuel before heading back to action Oct. 5 against Utah State.
