LSU leapfrogged Ohio State and Clemson this weekend after knocking off top-10 SEC foe Florida on Saturday, moving from No. 5 to No. 2 in the AP Poll rankings.

The Tigers still trail No. 1 Alabama for the top spot in the country but made the big move after Georgia lost to South Carolina over the weekend. LSU received 12 first place votes by the AP committee.

The Bulldogs loss cost them a heavy price, slipping to No. 10 in the nation while Florida dropped two spots to No. 9 spots after the loss in Death Valley Saturday. Clemson, Ohio State and Oklahoma rounded out the top-5.

Auburn was the only other SEC team to be ranked in the top-25, coming in at No. 11.
