A lot of good things for the Tigers in that first quarter but a special teams breakdown has this a three point game.

Tua converts on 3rd-and-long to Jeudy for a pickup of 20 yards. Definitely one the Tiger defense will want back as three players were all in the vicinity to make a play.

Kristian Fulton being checked out after that last play. Walking off on his own power. Alabama stands at 2nd-and-9 after the break.

Alabama goes for it on 4th-and-1 and comes up short. Another huge stop for the LSU defense Tigers will take over at the 49-yard line if the play stands after video review.

Call stands. LSU ball.

LSU offense was seriously considering going for it on 4th-and-1 but a delay of game is called and LSU punts. Zach von Rosenberg pins Tua inside his own 10-yard line.

Alabama has converted on two third-and-long plays on these last two drives. The first one didn't hurt the LSU defense. How will this one pan out?

Devonta Smith beats the freshman Stingley in a big way. Touchdown Alabama and it's now 16-13 LSU after a missed Alabama extra point.
