Maryland was able to land Iowa Western three-star defensive tackle Almosse Titi through a commitment, after his official visit on the Terps' campus on Sunday.

He becomes the fourth commitment in the last three days, including '20 offensive tackle Amelio Moran, '21 running back Antwain Littleton, and '21 defensive end ZionAngelo Shockley.

The 6-foot-3 310-pound defensive lineman becomes the last commitment in Maryland's recruiting class of 2020. He committed to Maryland over Arizona, Arkansas State, Southern Miss, and Troy.

Titi was ranked the 11th-best prospect out of the state of Florida in the 247sports composite, including the 14th-best defensive tackle in the nation as well as being ranked at No. 103 nationally among all recruits. He would provide the Terps with a powerful interior anchor on their defensive front. He joins four other defensive lineman that signed with the team, including Ami Finau, Mosiah Nasili-Kite, Tre Smith, and Riyod Wilmot.

"First I want to thank My lord and savior Jesus Christ for blessing me to play this sport," said Titi in his twitter announcement. "I want to thank my family, friends, and Iowa Western coaching staff for believing in me and pushing me everyday to get me back to who I am."

"And also I want to thank my brothers for helping me and pushing me through the tough times but with all that being said I will be continuing my education and football career at The University of Maryland."

Titi's commitment to the Terrapins happened a few days before the signing day this Wednesday. It sounds like he has strong intentions to sign with Maryland and will be a welcomed addition to the team.
