Cavinder Twins Are Just Getting Started
Just because Haley Cavinder and Hanna Cavinder have announced they are leaving the University of Miami, they are likely far from being out of the spotlight.
So, here were a few things that the Cavinder twins absolutely accomplished to date, and afterwards, some possible business endeavors that could happen with the NIL superstars.
1) They most definitely added needed attention to the women’s college basketball game. The men’s game has always been far more watched. That might be, but the twins helped place a spotlight more towards the women’s college game and that helps future generations of women’s basketball players.
2) Proving that despite making a lot of money and being deeply invested in social media, they were still ball players first. The twins would not have made it this far without hoops. Yes, their looks will be discussed first, but how many twins can ball like they did? They were both bonafide college basketball players that got it done off the court as well.
3) Thinking outside the box. As the tweet to the following article noted, the Cavinder twins have grown their brand to work with over 20 companies. Good for them. No reason to pigeonhole themselves to any one particular brand or genre. They had many NIL opportunities and went with the best options.
As for the next chapters for the Cavinder twins, there’s no reason anyone should expect them to slow down. Here are three possibilities for what they might do next.
1) Start their own NIL company. Point blank, why not? Perhaps focus on women in sports…
2) Partner with other people in sport and beyond to do charity work through social media like Instagram and TikTok to make the world a better place. The possibilities here would be all but endless.
3) Hanna and Haley love basketball. Hopefully they stay in the sport even if it’s through guest appearances on game days in the future, i.e. Women’s Final Four, Miami versus Florida State, etc.
Regardless of where the Cavinders end up and what their future business dealings will be, they have certainly been influential in many different ways. It would be great if that trend continued.
