Former Miami Hurricanes center Matt Lee performed well in the 2024 East-West Shrine Bowl.

Lee spent one year at Miami after transferring over from UCF in 2023. The Oviedo, Florida native earned a top four pass-blocking grade among centers. Pro Football Focus graded him at an elite 89.1 in that category.

The 6-4, 295 lb NFL prospect put his skills on display in the East-West game on Thursday evening.

According to PFF College, Lee gave up zero pressures in the game on 21 pass block snaps.

His strong showing should help raise his stock ahead of the NFL Draft on April 25-27. NFLDraftScout.com currently has Lee graded as a 3rd or 4th round pick. Mel Kiper Jr recently ranked Lee as the 5th center on his board.

Lee only surrendered one sack in his final three collegiate seasons combined. He helped anchor a Miami offensive line that only gave up fourteen sacks all season. Miami ranked atop the ACC in that category.
