Miami will welcome the rest of its 2023 recruiting class when they enroll in Coral Gables this June, and the same with the rest of the transfers. Speaking of the Transfer Portal, the Canes will likely add more players once it officially opens again from May 1 through May 15.
Head coach Mario Cristobal and his squad will still probably look for more acquisitions at a number of positions, including the possibilities of adding a quarterback, plus one or more players at wide receiver, offensive line, defensive line, linebacker and in the secondary.
Of course, the way spring football plays out could change the needs. The Hurricanes will take to the practice field again on Thursday for their third spring practice session.
