Five-star Receiver Speaks on Miami Coaching Staff

Top wide receiver recruit talks about visiting Miami this weekend

Miami is currently hosting one of the biggest events of the year.

Miami Battle is ongoing where many of the top recruits in the entire country, no matter what year they are in, are in Miami performing.

That list of top recruits includes five-star wide receiver Jaime Ffrench. The Sunshine State stud receiver holds offers from the who's who in the college football world including Miami, Florida State, Michigan, Alabama, Oklahoma, LSU, Ohio State, and many more.

AllHurricanes Brian Smith spoke with him briefly and let’s just get right into it.

"Coach (Mario) Cristobal shows me a lot of love. He makes sure the entire coaching staff shows me love", said Ffrench.

The 6-foot-1 and 185-pound Sunshine State standout also remembers who was when his first offer, the date, and which coach offered him the scholarship.

"Miami was actually my first offer. June 9th, 2021, Coach (Rob) Likens offered me a scholarship."

While coach Likens is no longer with the Miami coaching staff as he held the position of wide receiver coach/pass game coordinator when he offered Ffrench, the Miami coaching staff made sure the five-star wide receiver was still wanted by the Hurricanes staff.

Ffrench also noted he will be visiting Miami on Saturday with South Florida Express seven-on-seven team.
