ATLANTA, Ga. - This weekend's Pylon Atlanta tournament was another chance for Miami quarterback commitment Luke Nickel to shine.
He committed to the Hurricanes on Aug. 11, 2023. Ranked by 247 as the #279 player in the nation, he led his Milton (Ga.) High School team to the 7A state title this past season.
According to Max Preps, Nickel's 2023 statistics include going 277 of 419, 66.1%, 14.1 yards per completion, 39 touchdowns, and 5 interceptions. He's continued the outstanding work since the New Year.
Nickel has also been one of the seven-on-seven circuit's best passers while playing for Cam Newton's C1N team. Here are photos of Nickel from today's action:
