So yea, he was pretty good.

With his playing days now behind him (we think), Brady has taken his talents into the booth as part of the NFL coverage on FOX. On Sunday, the GOAT was on the call for for the Week 4 matchup between Tampa Bay and Philadelphia. Brady, who spent his final three years in the league with the Buccaneers, discussed why he ultimately decided that Tampa Bay was the right fit for him to close out his career.

But Brady was also presented with comments from current Tampa Bay QB Baker Mayfield, who seemed to suggest that the Buccaneers weren't all that happy when the Hall-of-Famer was leading the way. In response, Brady reminded everyone why he's the GOAT.

"I thought 'stressful' was not having Super Bowl rings. So, there was a mindset of a champion that I took to work every day. This wasn't daycare. If I wanted to have fun, I was going to go to Disney Land with my kids."

Fellow commentator Kevin Burkhardt got the feeling the Brady had more to say about the topic, and indeed he did.

"There's a way to approach this game," Brady said. "And it's with the right mindset, and try to push each other out of our comfort zones... and great teammates do that. You come in, I have someone like [Rob] Gronkowski, I have someone like [Mike] Evans, there's high expectations for us. We've got to make sure we go out there and deliver."

Spoiler alert: Brady delivered.
