CBS Sports Panel Undecided Between Michigan, Ohio State

The tides have turned in 'The Game' between the Wolverines and Buckeyes. After beating Ohio State two years in a row, it feels like Michigan has the upper hand again.

When you dissect 'The Game' between Michigan and Ohio State, it's been one-sided since the early 2000s -- the Buckeyes have gotten the best of the Wolverines for a while. But it feels like the tide has shifted in the Wolverines' favor after Michigan defeated Ohio State handily the past two seasons.

Michigan will host the Buckeyes in 2023 and it's extremely possible both teams could be undefeated heading into the regular season finale with a ton at stake on the line.

The CBS Sports eight-person panel predicted who they thought would win both sides of the conference and the Big Ten. They definitely believe it's between the Wolverines and the Buckeyes -- for the third year in a row.

There were four experts who picked Michigan to win the conference and four who picked the Buckeyes.

The following picked Michigan to win the East and the conference:

Dennis Dodd

Tom Fornelli

Jerry Palm

Will Backus

The following picked Ohio State to win the East and the conference:

Chip Patterson

Barrett Sallee

Shehan Jeyarajah

David Cobb

The four who chose OSU to win the Big Ten all had Michigan finishing second in the East, other than Sallee who picked Penn State to finish second and the Wolverines to come in third. That's interesting because the only logical way that happens is for the maize and blue to drop both games against PSU and Ohio State.

Buckle up fans, college football is almost upon us.
