Talking Jim Harbaugh's Two Big Offseason Hires

Even though Jim Harbaugh just got done flirting with the NFL, he's been able to make two potentially big hires, which would give him an incredible run of hiring highly-successful people to various positions.
In this story:

Jim Harbaugh hasn't done himself any favors over the last two offseasons, but so far, no harm, no foul. In fact, this year, he may have improved his staff again.

Bringing Christ Partridge back seems like a no brainer and will obviously improve recruiting. It remains to be seen what exactly Partridge's role will be, but him being a part of the program is all good. Hiring a guy like Kirk Campbell also seems to be an improvement. Former quarterbacks coach Matt Weiss is now jobless after committing computer crimes while inside Schembechler Hall, which opened the door for Campbell. The former offensive coordinator is billed as a decent recruiter and has a background with quarterbacks, which is more than Weiss could say when he arrived in Ann Arbor.

We won't truly see the differences made by the new hires for a while, but on paper it looks like a fantastic run of hiring has been continued to Harbaugh. We talk about that and more in the video below.
