BREAKING: Michigan No. 2 In Latest AP Poll

The Michigan Wolverines had another dominant performance against Indiana on Saturday, moving to a perfect 7-0 on the season.

The Michigan Wolverines continued their push for a third-straight big ten championship on Saturday, this time by dismantling the Indiana Hoosiers by a score of 52-7. The Wolverines looked a bit sluggish in the first quarter and trailed 7-0 heading into the second, and then they flipped the switched and completely dominated the Hoosiers for the final three quarters of play.

Junior quarterback JJ McCarthy was extremely efficient through the air once again, finishing the afternoon completing 14-of-17 attempts for 222 yards and 3 touchdowns - doing so in windy and rainy conditions. Sophomore tight end Colston Loveland finished with 3 receptions for 80 yards and one touchdown, while senior running back Blake Corum finished with 52 yards and 2 touchdowns on 13 carries. Junior running back Donovan Edwards also found the endzone for the first time all year, finishing with 20 yards and one touchdown on 9 carries.

Defensively, the Wolverines did what they've done all season - making it nearly impossible for the opposing offense to put points on the board. For the seventh week in a row, the Michigan defense held its opponent scoreless in the third quarter. Linebacker Junior Colson led all Wolverines with 6 total tackles, while Rod Moore and Keon Sabb both came up with interceptions.

Top to bottom, the Wolverines once again looked like the most dominant team in the country - and the latest AP Top 25 rankings reflect that. Here's a look at the latest poll following week seven:
