Michigan Football Set To Begin Fall Camp
Although the temperatures in Michigan clearly indicate that summer is still here, college football fans can almost feel a sense of fall in the air. The Wolverines will return to the Big House for their home opener in just 42 days, and fall camp is set to kick off in a little over a week.
According to a report by MLive's Aaron McMann, the Michigan Football players are scheduled to report for the start of fall camp on Aug. 1 and the teams first practice will occur on Aug. 2.
Michigan players are expected to report for the start of camp on Aug. 1, with the team’s first practice set for Aug. 2, team spokesman Dave Ablauf confirmed to MLive on Wednesday.
Michigan is gearing up for another event that signals that the return of college football is just around the corner, with Harbaugh and three of his top players scheduled to appear at Big Ten Media Days next week. The annual event is scheduled to take place from July 26-27 in Indianapolis at Lucas Oil Stadium - the home of the Big Ten Championship game. Harbaugh will be joined by running back Blake Corum, defensive lineman Kris Jenkins and defensive back Mike Sainristil - all guys who will play a major factor in Michigan's championships hopes in 2023.
