WATCH: Michigan Football Player Posts Hilarious Video Following Win Over Minnesota
Prior to Saturday night's matchup against Michigan, Minnesota head coach PJ Fleck praised the Wolverines for a number of things - including the tremendous amount of depth on the roster.
"I think they're one of the deepest for sure" Fleck said. "It doesn't matter who is in that football game, it just seems like they're always fresh because they have so many great players. They do such a great job of rotating them, and they all make plays."
Fleck's words weren't just coach-speak, as the Wolverines played 73 of the 74 players that traveled with the team to Minnesota. In fact, the NBC broadcast highlighted that statistic during Saturday night's game, while also focusing the camera on the one Wolverine who didn't see the field that night. Long snapper Greg Tarr found himself front and center on the camera, as the lone Wolverine who didn't receive a snap - which led Tarr to post a hilarious video following the game.
Although the 6-2, 205 pound senior has yet to see the field this season, Tarr appeared in 10 games during the 2022 season at long snapper - and made nine starts. He was also named special teams player of the week twice last season for his performances against Michigan State and Illinois, and handled all snaps in both the Big Ten Championship against Purdue and Vrbo Fiesta Bowl/CFP Semifinal against TCU.
There's no doubt that Tarr would have loved to be highlighted for something else during a primetime matchup, but you've got to respect the kid for having a great sense of humor about the situation.
