The 2024 NFL Draft Could Be Historic For The Michigan Wolverines
The excitement level surrounding the Michigan Football program heading into 2023 is as high as it's ever been. A large part of that excitement is due to the fact that the Wolverines return over 80 percent of their production from a very successful 2022 season, a season that resulted in a second consecutive Big Ten Championship and spot in the College Football Playoff.
While returning a large amount of talent and experience bodes well for the 2023 season, it also means that the Wolverines will likely lose a lot of that talent and experience to the NFL Draft after this season.
Michigan recently had nine players selected in the 2023 NFL Draft, and is tied for fourth most in a single draft (modern era) with 11 players selected in 2017. If the 2023 season goes as well as most people expect it will, there's a good chance the Wolverines could send over 20 players to the next draft.
