Ranking every Big Ten starting quarterback based on PFF grade through 9 weeks
After nine weeks of college football, it's clearer and clearer who the best quarterbacks are in the Big Ten. Indiana signal caller Kurtis Rourke has exceeded all expectations after he transferred to Bloomington from Ohio University. The former MAC Play of the Year is showing exactly why he was considered the best in the MAC.
According to Pro Football Focus, Rourke has the best passing grade of any Big Ten quarterback, but what does the rest of the conference look like? I went through and ranked each quarterback based on their passing grade.
