Michigan Basketball Makes Final Three For 2024 4-Star

The Wolverines are fighting Georgia and Florida State to land the big-time recruit.

Michigan basketball is right around the corner and the Wolverines are heavily focusing on the 2024 recruiting class.

The Wolverines currently have two players committed in the '24 cycle and both are point guards. The maize and blue are looking for some size to go with the talented guards.

Could Michigan be landing someone soon?

The Wolverines are in the final three for 2024 four-star forward Khani Rooths. The IMG Academy star put the Wolverines in his final group along with Georgia and Florida State

Rooths is the 28th-best player in the class, according to the Composite. He is the No. 5 ranked power forward and the fifth-ranked player in the state of Florida.

Rooths has already visited both Georgia and FSU, and he is scheduled to visit Ann Arbor this coming weekend. There is a prediction via 247Sports for the Bulldogs to land Rooths, but Michigan has a big chance to make the final impression on Rooths will this weekend being his last visit.

Rooths told On3 that Juwan Howard is the reason why he is considering the Wolverines and it means a ton that Michigan just had two wings drafted in the past draft.
