Michigan State men's basketball is looking for its first win at the Crisler Center in Ann Arbor since 2019, and high-flying freshman Coen Carr is doing his utmost to make that a reality.

At halftime, Carr has eight points, highlighted by a pair of monster slam dunks in transition that left the Wolverine fans in attendance cringing, and brought the nearly same amount of Spartan fans in attendance to their feet. The freshman also powered throgh contact for a tough finish, and converted the corresponding free throw for a three-point play.

Carr's eight points are the most the freshman has scored in a game since Dec. 21, when he also scored eight against Stony Brook. Take a look at his first-half highlights below:

Michigan State leads Michigan, 39-37, at the break as the Spartans look to end a streak of four consecutive losses to the Wolverines in Ann Arbor.
