Drew Stanton Tee’s Up to Fight Cystic Fibrosis

 Okemos, MI – College Fields Golf Club in Okemos, MI will host the Drew Stanton Foundation High 5ive Foundation Celebrity Golf Outing benefiting the Cystic

 Okemos, MI – College Fields Golf Club in Okemos, MI will host the Drew Stanton Foundation High 5ive Foundation Celebrity Golf Outing benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. This celebrity charity event will take place over the course of two days. The celebrity dinner will be hosted on Thursday June 3, 2010 at Enso. The golf outing will take place the following day Friday June 4, 2010 with an 11:00 a.m. registration and a 12:00 p.m. shotgun start.

 

The High 5ive Foundation Celebrity Golf Outing, a four person scramble event will include many sports celebrities lead by the event host former MSU quarterback Drew Stanton. Joining Drew as the Honorary Chairman will be “the voice of the Piston’s” George Blaha. Other sports celebrities from the Lions, Tigers, Red Wings and former MSU basketball and football players are also participating.

 

This is the second year that Drew Stanton has hosted this event to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and he is very proud to be a part of this special event.

 

This event will include celebrities playing with various groups, special events on every hole including a 360 degree swing DVD for golfers as well as, local restaurants providing food samplings, and an afternoon reception, all to raise money for this worthy cause; raising money to benefit the research, education and care programs for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. 

 

Companies and individuals can help by forming teams, attending the pre-tournament dinner, or by donating auction items. The cost to participate as a foursome is $800.00. 

 

Sponsorship opportunities are available including Eagle sponsorship which includes a foursome and a tee sign, hole sponsorship and drink cart sponsorship. Non-playing individuals are invited to attend the celebrity dinner and participate in the Live and Silent auction. Tickets are $50.00 per person which includes dinner, a non-host bar, entertainment, an opportunity to mingle with participating sport celebrities and live and silent auctions.
