Michigan State Football vs #6 Penn State Official Game Thread
Spartan Stadium
East Lansing, MI
The (4-3 2-2) Michigan State Spartans play host to the #6 (7-0 4-0) Pen State Nittany Lions today. The Lions looking to put an end to the dominance of the Spartans and Mark Dantonio over them and the Spartans looking to keep the wheels on their season from coming off.
Michigan State enters this game needing desperately to see something from positive from an anemic offense. Penn State looking to show the nation that a team that always shines under James Franklin, can avoid his usual face plant.

In case you missed it, here are the predictions from the Spartan Nation staff and contributors:
Prediction…
• Coach Chuck Grenier 21-14 Penn State
• Duffy Carpenter 31-6 Penn State
• Jonathan Schopp 31-13 Penn State
• Matt Hladik 27-16 Penn State
• Matt Duda 47-24 Penn State
• Chris Stoddard 31-7 Penn State
• Xavier DeGroat 20-15 Michigan State
• Dustin Hockensmith 27-17 Penn State
• Jeff Michalowski 17-14 Penn State
I have no faith whatsoever in the Michigan State offensive game planning, coaching or scheme. I like the players and the coaches personally, but as a scheme, it is a total embarrassment. I 100% have faith in the defense. I say make it 14-7 Lions.

MSU has not scored in its last 8 quarters played. Its last points came in the second quarter against Ohio State on October 5th, a Matt Coghlin FG with 3:36 left before halftime. Michigan State has been outscored 76-0 during that stretch
